- Available wire rope diameter range is from 6mm (1/4″) up to 76mm (3″).
- Drawn galvanized surface finish with lubricants on type A2 for added corrosion protection.
- Standard tensile grades EIPS (1960) & grade EEIPS (2160).
- Each master reel is tested and supplied with a Mill and third party (ABS, LR, DNV etc) certification.
- Wire rope may be measured, cut, terminated and supplied on wooden or steel reels according to customer requirements; or supplied as master reels.
- Various wire rope construction such as 6×36, 6×31, 6×29, 8×26, 19×7, 35×7.
6 x 36 IWRC
This type of Wire Rope shows the turns number and strand number of wire used. This type of alternating wire consist of 6 strands, each of which consist of 36 wires. As for the 6 x 36 IWRC Wire Rope Core, or it can be called full steel. Intermittent wire in Indonesia itself was imported from several countries, for instance, USA, Austria, China, Когea, India, Thailand, Malaysia.
8 x 26 IWRC
This type of Wire Rope has a different construction compared to standard Wire Rope. This type has a high strength against rotation. This type of also often used by Floating Crane companies.
6 x 26 IWRC
Steel wire ropes which pulled with compacted strands, used in many applications for instance, as loads, hoists, lifting, belaying, pulling, anchoring, etc. It's also suits the manufacturing steel wire rope slings for lifting operations. Independent wire ropе cores provide more power and stability to the wire rope compared to fiber cores.
